The C-Stic is a very robust Level meter specially for cold stored gases, like nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide. It provides an easy to mount, accurate and and reliable digital liquid level indicator. The electrical capacitance of the sensor, which is fully made of stainless steel, increases ratiometrically with the liquid coverage  and is converted into an easy to read, accurate digital read out with 0.1% resolution.  Additionally it has standard an analogue 4-20mA loop connection, to be used for industrial control and/or remote reading. As the unit itself is battery powered, no further power supply or cabling is necessary. If the 4-20mA loop is used, the Loop-Life indicator flashes and the battery is only loaded with the current for the read out. By pressing the front button, the unit displays the current level in the tank during 10 seconds, and after that switches off again automatically.

 

With the optionally available control unit, the “C-Stic Control”, the C-Stic Level meter my be expanded to a simple but complete level control system with continuous read out.
